I am so glad I went to RPM to purchase my 2018 Nissan Murano! Austin and Tyler went above and BEYOND to make sure I walked out with the vehicle that I really liked and was in my price range! Other places have those salesman that try to push you to buy the first car you see and/or drive, not RPM! Austin and Tyler were so patient with me and made sure I took my time to look at all of the vehicles I was interested in and very swiftly got it tagged and ready for me to test drive, no matter how many! They walked me through every step all the way from the test drive, to the application and explain EVERY single paper from the paperwork once I was ready to sign. Any question I had, they made sure they answered for me in a way that made sense to me. Austin and Tyler made my, what I thought was going to be a stressful and anxious experience when you buy a car, a simple but exciting day!!! I was able to drive off with a car I ABSOLUTELY love and that was way within the payment rang ! Thanks Austin and Tyler at RPM! You have one very satisfied customer here!

Very satisfied customer here!!!! Bought an 08 CRV today, worked with Tyler and he is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, fast and efficient. Also very patient as I drove many vehicles today trying to pick the best one for me even tho I already had an idea of what I came for when I called. Wonderful service! We were able to get into an suv we had been looking at, Tyler greeted us on the lot, Austin helped us with some paperwork and a test drive, and Tyler presented us with numbers we couldn’t refuse. Definitely happy with our purchase today. Thank you RPM!
