Tyler was amazing. He explained things to me so I understood everything that was happening and did everything he could to make sure I was able to drive off the lot in the vehicle I wanted. Austin was also amazing. The staff in general that I was talking to was very professional and nice. I definitely recommend going there for your next vehicle.

I bought my car from here about 3 months ago. I wanted to give it a little time to see how things went with everything before I left a review to ensure a more accurate experience. The staff at RPM were very friendly, helpful, and above all else very PROFESSIONAL. This speaks volumes to me. The building very clean. Customer service was amazing. Again, as someone who works with the public…. Customer service and professionalism is a MUST! I had nothing short of a great experience. They worked things out for me to leave with the car of my choice on day 1. My tags came in on time, and now 3 months later… I had a small issue with something on the car. I was able to have my car checked out by their mechanic in a timely fashion, and they made it priority to have my car taken care of and the small issue fixed in a timely fashion while under warranty. I am very impressed with the professionalism I have experienced at RPM, I rate them 10/10 and am highly likely to recommend them in the future to someone searching for a vehicle.

Tyler & Austin were very helpful & the ladies are all very nice! Great customer service. Tyler was quick with trying to have my application approved & answered any and all questions. 10/10 recommend. ( & they include a warranty which most buy/pay here do not! )

Spoke to Austin over the phone, he helped speed up the process by gathering all our information over the phone and through email, then set us up an appointment with Tyler who helped us drive off with an amazing chevy Malibu. The process was easy , quick and Tyler's knowledge about the car was on point and he answered our questions in a professional manner, and was extremely patient with us. All the cars were nice, so it was a hard decision as to wich one we wanted to make ours .I'd give 100000 stars if I could, and I highly recommend call Austin to set something up with Tyler if your looking for a vehicle.

I needed third row seating for my family and Austin was super patient with me and let me put some thought into it overnight! Came back the next day and Tyler sold me the Honda pilot which I am INLOVE with! They were both amazing, friendly. Patient and answered every single one of my questions ( which was a lot!) they didn’t get frustrated by all my questions and indecisiveness! They were honest and helpful! I wish I went through them the first three vehicles I had/have. Thank you Tyler for being patient and for helping me get the perfect fit for me and my kids! Have to add that it’s my color as well so that’s a plus!! Highly recommend RPM!
